- If there are technical issues preventing access to online courses that cannot be resolved

The following are generally non-refundable:
- Registration fees
- Study materials already provided
- Services already rendered
- Fees for courses that have commenced
- Administrative charges
3. Refund Process

- Partial refund: If withdrawal is after commencement but within 14 days (pro-rated)
- Administrative charges may be deducted from refund amounts

Students unable to continue due to medical emergencies may be eligible for a refund or credit, subject to submission of valid medical documentation.
5.2 Service Quality Issues
If you experience significant service quality issues that cannot be resolved, we will review your case and may offer a refund or alternative solution.
6. Transfer of Enrollment
Instead of a refund, you may request to transfer your enrollment to another course or batch, subject to availability and our approval.
